If it only had been so good ;-)

This whole recording should have been "missing".
Really bad and VERY fare from what "RocksOff" said earlier:

My recording is not in ''audience quality'' , it is like a soundboard mixed with audience with some noise from the speaker cause it was too loud
------------------

Or in a way it might be correct to call it "not in aud. quality" - it's much worse !!
And it's for sure much noise from the audience, but where are Stones and the soundboard ???

The whole "process" about getting this have been a good laugh ;-)

Thanks for the laughter !!

@Rocks Off...have you listned to the stuff you've uploaded...? Could it be that recording is 'less' saturated/distorted and that something gone wrong in making your mpg's ...???

Its definately a recording of Vegas but after listening to roughly 10 seconds of She Was Hot I decided to delete it off my desktop. I believe Luis when he says he was close to the PA. Unfortunately the recording is so blown out its impossible to listen to without shredding your ear drums. It can't be cleaned up I'm sorry to say. Thanks for posting anyways.

I second that. Although, having never posted anything here yet- I know I'm in no position to criticise. So- I respect the effort. On a lighter note though- I know why it was given this title- it brought tears to my eyes too! LOL

Well- I GENUINELY appreciate your effort, so I didn't want to offend you. It was just a little joke- ie: the sound-quality made my eyes water!
Is this really how your 'master' sounds, or has something gone wrong during your conversion & uploading?. As i said- I'm not in a position to criticise, as I haven't got a clue how to do any of this stuff!. But- it is really unlistenable.

Yes, the effort in upping this not once, but twice is greatly appreciated by one & all here. We were warned in the original thread that it was loud tho.

I wonder if the mini-disc didn't have the 'limiter' or ALC (automatic level control) on. The old cassette walkmans & such had these on by default so that this type of overload didn't occur. I've only seen a couple of portable mini-discs & they both had switches to enable this feature. Unless you've got optimum recording conditions you have to have this on for live recordings. Next time maybe?

Can anyone post this show as individual tracks, preferably on Send Space or You Send It? File size on Gigasize is too big for me to download at one time. Much appreciated.

Thanks Rocksoff for posting. Yeah, it's pretty loud to listen to regularly, but a souveneir nonetheless.

Just a question RocksOff, is the 'noise' on your original minidisc when you listen to it through your stereo? Or did it appear when you transferred it to your computor?

...yeah, I think we're all prety anxious to hear about that...cos from the mp3's no one can say that he/she 'enjoys' the sound...honestly...I can make it 'listable' with cutting off all the high above 2000/3000 Hz or something...so I can hear that it's vegas...the joke about the t-shirt...and I was glad to find out that sympathy lasted 8 and half minutes (cos I seriously thought it was like 10 to 15...man we were all in trance!)...but the recording still sounds like sh**...(sorry for the expresion...)

Please RocksOff...answer this simple question: 'Does the original recording on your MD sounds the same as on the mp3's...'
Everyone is dying to know...because the Vegas show was not only really special but also VERY, VERY good...I said it was the Stones in their prime...! Something I thought I was never to hear live...please prove the world that I'm right...because...honestly who can you trust from Vegas...? What happens in Vegas...stays in Vegas...!!! LOL

Please RocksOff...(and know that I don't say please to a man very often...hardly...!)
