Incidently; as for the 1999 tour is concerned, the best boot is arguably the audience recording called " KISS OF LIFE " recorded at Sacramento, CA.
I notice that it has been recently posted but in MP3 format only. Pity !

Personally I think the boot from the opening night in Oakland is the best. Tremendous setlist and excellent sound!
