I always thought the end came when John Carr got involved with Porky Productions and actually putting out titles/shows.

Once it moved from reviewing to producing, I understood things unravelled fairly quickly for SFJ.

was there from the first issue thru maybe seven or eight issues---that carr guy did'nt know whjat he was doing most of the time---he would insert whole passages into my articles without my consent and change the whole meaning of the piece-----he had big conflict of interest issues with people giving him free discs and him giving them glowing reviews--that kind of stuff made me split....he used to put quotes into my stuff like "what a hoot!!"-----CRINGE!! i would never say that in a million years!!!.......oh well live and learn...

i stand by that review .....one of the few he "trusted" me on ---a great disc and a fantastic gig...even if dead flowers was a little fast...midnight rambler was even better with a little "change of conciousnous"...is that how you spell it...oh well...you get the idea ---a classic gig and one with great sound quality....MICKEYS BIG MOUTH RULES!!!!----hey rockman--see you at the gigs!!----being deployed in mid sept. but will make some early shows...have tix for sale for anaheim, hollywood and hershey--
