These tracks comprise some of a larger 60s "Stones Anthology" that I have been putting together and compiling for a while now - but while I am mixing, matching and messing about, here are some tracks that may or may not end up on the project.

Rather than serve up the same old outtakes, I have tried to compile some Frankenstein creations, new mixes, and clean as possible sounding rarities.

Some of these have been on the hard drive for years - so I collect them together for your discernment...

Most of the tracks are self-explanatory, a couple I have already put out when I put together previous comps - Got Live Remix, and Satanic Majesties Reimagined...Have You Seen Your Mother Baby Standing in the Shadow [Studio Excavated] is the version from Got Live LP but I have tried to remove as much fake applause as possible, to uncover what is surely a complete studio re-recording of the track. It sounds nothing like the Newcastle and Colston Hall tracks on that album.

I also recently put out a version of Hyde Park, but I have since done single source versions (as opposed to the merges) of No Expectations and Stray Cat Blues - which I think I like better.

More where these came from...soon...

Enjoy!

Hey vancouver

Have You Seen Your Mother Baby Standing in the Shadow [Studio Excavated] is the Got Live London CD version - which like the previous version of Got Live I did - I tried to only use the band channel - but with this one I tried to filter out some of the fake crowd noise...and yes I believe that it is a total studio remake for the album...we know the other tracks have overdubs, but this one I don't think is live at all as it sounds different from the other live tracks...
