2. and or open it to save in ITunes

If you d/Led with Google Chrome or Firefox it's usually in 'My documents' / Downloads.........I don't know about itunes....

Play what? What file have you got?

The torrent is a set of flac files, the we & mega, I presume, are zip or rar files.
If you've got one zip or rar file then you need to extract it to get the set of flacs.

You can play a flac?

OK. Make a folder on your Hard drive somewhere.
Name it (for example) 'my Rolling Stones concerts'.
When you've done that, open it (double click) and make another one inside it called Glastonbury 2013.
When you've done that use the 'move' function and move the file you just D/led (do a single click on it and a small menu will open up with options like 'delete', 'rename', 'move' etc'to the Glastonbury folder. Use the move option.......
You'll then need to extract the files that are in the one you've just D/led.
To do this you'll need an extractor program...ie. Winrar or Tugzip or 7zip, do you have one of those programs installed?

Let me know how much of the above you have sorted out or not and we'll go from there...........

thanks so much. will try to d/load an extractor. I've got a bunch of things I've downloaded but could never open.
