I would have used Mega but it forces me to use Chrome. I don' t want and need to have Chrome but when I use my different browsers (IE, Opera, Firefox) it reduces my upload speed to zero. (IE = 30 kb/s / Firefox = 3 kb/s / Opera does not allow to use Mega).

That's odd, what are you running? Latest version of FFox works fine in XP in Vista to upload at full speed to Mega. At times it slows down though (throttling?) so you may have tried at one of these times. Right now it's back to normal.

Maybe the time was wrong whenI tried to upload. Now I' ve done the same and it works perfectly (nearly 1 MB speed).
I have attached a 3rd link for MEGA at the beginning.

Ah cool, it will save me having to upload it, I'll import it to the 2013 folder in the archive!

Actually it's a rar and I'd rathet keep all the files in the archive as zip files as it's universal.

You need zip? Okay you' ll get zip in about 30 minutes.
