Yes, megaupload is returning as MEGA. It's not live yet but will be very soon.

They're live now and I've registered. You get 50gb with a free account. I'm not sure if your files are permanent though.
I also read that they were going to try and re-instate all Megaupload premium users to premium users on the new Mega site.

I'm more interested in Demonoid coming back, I heard around the holidays that they had moved to Hong Kong and part of the site was up but since then---NOTHING!
