theres' no problem anyway coz these LP's are sold-out very easily so the quality
is very good

Good for you and those "fake-TSP"-cheaters. Bad for the collectors who shell out good money to collect the original label and get fooled, but collectors who buy this stuff because they're collecting the artists probably don't give a shit.

Everything what was released after their last release The Handsome Girls-boxset in 1997, is fake, incl the digipack cd releases and all this so called new LP stuff.
It is maybe made in good quality, but collector's wise it is garbage.

I'm not the producer of the new TSP LPs BUT I've have to say they look even better than the old ones and I wonder how they could be collector's wise garbage.

Personally I think by now every single (interested) person in this world knows that it's not the same label anymore, or more concrete that the people behind the label are other ones then in the old days.

But we all know by now, don't we? Do we need the same arguing all the time ?? Sick.

I am not so sure that we "all" know by now. And as long as these people carry on releasing stuff under this famous banner and try to pass it as the "original" TSP label, I don't think it's sick to make possible buyers aware of what they are buying.

That said, it's the buyer's decision, but they should know before he shells out he bucks.

There's a TSP info site somewhere on the net explaining the difference and the owner once mentioned that he received a load of response thanking him for the clarification, with a lot of people stating that they did not know and that they would not have bought this stuff if they would have been aware that these "new" TSP-releases had nothing to do with the original label. In other words - yes, there are collectors out there for those this stuff is pretty worthless.

The German TSP label (created by the German Dieter S.) was not more legitimate than any of the current Swingin' Pig incarnations.

So imho anything goes... If you have tapes and an access to a pressing plant please start your TSP label!

PS : Gilles would you plz post artwork for the Rammstein set? (just out of curiosity... I haven't found it off Google)

Yes, but the "Luxembourg" TSP label was also started by the same guy, and that was at a time when this stuff was legitimate.

The new "fake" (and completely illegal) TSP has nothing to do with this history at all. If you don't care, good for you, but there are others out there who do. So it's fair enough to point out the difference.

The reason why it spoils Gilles is that he's making somes bucks out of these "fake" TSP releases.

If really nobody cares what label a boot is carrying, why don't these fakers start their own creation from scratch?

What's next? Fake "new" VGP or DAC releases? To pollute the waters of serious collectors even more?
