I have to admit that I still had the old settings when recording this one....
Meanwhile, I set the settings that Midnight Rambler said gave a good result, as default.
(and the broadcast by BBC 6 stops to early....)

I've always wondered if BBC files are actually lossless. When I download the file direct from their server it says it's a 132kbps aac file.

How do you make them truly lossless?

Try also turning down the volume on the radio player, that should help.
