The only way to get a better version I can think of is rip it from the Stones Video DVD compilation that floated around. I believe its taken directly from when this video aired on Don Kirshners RC in 1980.
That's probably going to sound better than this YouTube version, but I seriously doubt there was ever a vinyl version of it.
