OT: Grateful Dead bonus CDs copyright?

Hello:
Will someone please state whether bonus CDs like the ones that come in the Grateful Dead's limited-edition Daves's Picks have the same USA copyright protections as large-scale releases. Or are they considered like bootlegs? It's not right to have this music limited to DP subscribers, IMHO.
I am looking for a torrent of the bonus CD for the GD DP Vol. 2 (1974 Dillon, CT show).
I will make my email public for a short time for PMs. Thank you and God bless.
