Q: Happy 45 rpm

Can anyone confirm if there is a mono version of Happy from a 7" single?
I know there is a 7" mono promo version, and a 7" stereo single version.

I'm not sure. Was All Down The Line the A side? Like you said a MONO 45 of that was released but I have a MONO Tumbling Dice 45 and the flipside is Sweet Black Angel (just like the STEREO Dice 45) but it is still in STEREO on this one as well.
