As requested: these (allegedly) are from Brisbane rehearsals 20-9-88...they are certainly rehearsals...
I have added King Bee as you included Harlem Shuffle - MJ stops after 1.5 mins and then starts again to a finish
The first part of Bitch was included at the end of "What Kind of World Is This" and went straight in from that song...
...so I faded it in and faded out the drum fills at the end - once the song had finished

Both of these are from the "Australia Tour Rehearsals 1988" boot...
...once uploaded, now deleted (probably from mega) - anybody want it uploading again, please shout
