I don't like the stuff from 71 that much, and I think their performances in 7o were not as good as in 69.
That said, I recommend Essen and the first show from Paris [hot "Sympathy For the Devil"] and the second show from Frankfurt [even hotter "Let It Rock"].

Best 70 show, certainly as for sound quality, is Essen.
I like the 70 tour a lot. Musically better than 69.
The 71 tour is also interesting because of the club setting. Leeds of course, but there's also a great London Roundhouse. And Marquee tv with moving pictures and some nice songs.

Milan '70 2nd show was recorded complete but not publicly available, part of the tape is on DAC 'Vintage Champaign', pretty decent recording

1970 eurotour is underrated,propably because recordings don´t give justice.Most of them are very bad ones.Essen is great,and i would suggest Frankfurt shows.
