After somte time I found my old collection of Rotterdam Rehearsals on a 2cd The Lost Rotterdam tapes, Pignose Records, PGN 050, (2003).

For some of the tracks I can guess they are on the Captain Acid 4cd collection, such as Man eating woman, I got a letter But as many tracks have no real name, such as Slow tune, Rock jam etc., I am not sure if the Pignose release has tracks that are not on the Captain's cd's.
It would be great if Captain Acid can let me know if his 4cd's are a complete copy of the original tapes, in the original order.

There is a thread from years back that discusses this topic. I can tell you, CaptAcid put more time into dissecting these works that anyone had previously. I think he used MC-142 as the primary source. The "original tapes" had a lot of dead space with random tuning - much of which was cutout. Also, these are just the rehearsals from the sessions - there are some actual outtakes from theses sessions that are not included here (ie the official Melody take). Felix Aeppli's TUG [aeppli.ch] breaks it down pretty well.

I have been accused of being a lot of things in my lifetime, and crazy completist is actually one of them! LOL!

That being said, I am also practical, and appreciative.
