Hi there :-).
Firstly: BIG PROPS TO KEESIE for sharing this & so many other things. The last thing I want to do is appear like I'm somehow 'complaining'. However, I bought this silver DAC release myself, so I guess I can give you my own opinion (& others may well disagree).
I've got to say in answer to your question re: this & the IMP version: Personally I don't think this DAC release is anywhere near as good as the IMP. The IMP version went to great lengths to represent a 'reconstructed' show, whereas the DAC just presents the stereo sections 'in the raw'. That'd be fine if the original sections ran smoothly, but they don't- with some quite jarring results at times.
There's certainly less hiss on the DAC, but (in parts) there's less clarity, volume & more compression (like most DAC releases). The 'Mono Upgrade' section maybe sounds slightly better than the last, remastered VGP version- but any difference is pretty minimal.
The de-clicked version of 'Dance Little Sister' is pretty nice though :-)
Just my opinion of course.

Yes imho too, the IP title has a more sparkling and natural sound.
