Don't mean to butt in here, but I don't think anyone meant any disrespect. There are so many versions of things, I prefer to here only honest opinions from people that do their research (midnrambler is certainly one of them). At the same time, some completists (like myself) enjoy the opportunity to download even the worst recordings, and are thankful for the plethera of material donated by some of generous iorr members (stonesmuziefan is certainly one of them). I think there is room in a forum like this for both. ...As long as it does not come to personal attacks. smileys with beer

I hope youre right! Their should be room for eveyryone here in this forum-
I do now that midnrambler is a great capacity, and I do respect him - but I really think he could be more "diplomatic" . But he is very offen very harsh - and he dont need to be so - we all know he is a great guy, and I think (just my op.)that he should choose his words more "carefull) - no need to hurt people.
But no need to start a war - it was just my opp. (and still is)
Lets all rock on, and make love not love (that sounded very sweet - ehh??)

cheers Bo thumbs up smiley

Becourse I have little knolledge of what's official and what is not, sometimes official stuff slips into my postings. Messed up official stuff is in my opinion no longer to be considered official and therefore I didn't delete the downloadfiles.
As my username states I go for the music and love outtakes and live recording more than the official stuff that you can listen to at Radiostations.
The most worse live recordings strangly enough give me the feeling of being present in the audience at that time. I love to share this feeling.

A brief history of stonesmuziekfan
Untill 2002 I only had an (almost complete) official collection.
Got a new job and run into a guy that selled mp3souced discs of every thinkable artist, also offering some Stones shows. Bought 125 discs for the grand total of 125 guilders (about 100 US-dollars in that time) Than I thought why not look for traders and started expanding my collecting. Also traded by FTP and started downloading when the Biggerbang kicked off. Guess I have 5.000 discs or more. Lost count.
Most discs are mp3 sourced and since February 2010 I try to replace all discs for Flac-sourced ones.
Got into trading again and am trying to complete by label.
Guess I brought the VGP-run by Blakeeik on HC to a start by adding the VGP list at IORR (altough I haven't mastered uploading at HC yet and made no postings there). DAC is still issue-ing new titles, Morph complete in the morph-list except official ones. SODD still looking for missing ones. TSP still working on this by new trades.
Hope to find time doing Rattle Snake and Dandelion or what else based on what I have in my collection.

Anyway, love to share, am open for comments and take them as an advise and never take it personally (except being called Ralph grinning smiley ).

What could be happening is through trading with others that have
made a mistake. It´s happened with me and others here.
It´s not Jap´s fault. He only wants to share. That´s what music
is about and this forum. And his efforts should always be welcomed.
Keep up the good work.
PS. there is always a polite way of saying things.smoking smiley
