POST: Ultimate Outtakes Collection : 1965-67

Hey guys, here is my collection from the mid-sixties era. I have them divided up by album, because i like it that way and I do all my listening on ipod. However, it might look crazy to some of you since aftermath, for instance, has only one outtake that I have found. If you guys want it in one cohesive track listing, i can do that also.

The file is called satanic majesties, but it has outtakes from out of Our Heads,Now!, Aftermath, and between the buttons in there also.

These come from different sources, finding the best available versions of all songs, in flac if available. For Satanic majesties, everything is from the excellent Satanic Sessions collection. I listened to all repeat tracks and tried to pick the best version- energy, quality, length, etc. for each song.

track listing

Thank you naylon ... 2 questions however:

1) If You Let Me <- this seems to be the exact version from Metamorphosis, correct?

2) Trouble In Mind(1966) <- never heard this before, do you have any more info on it?

Sorry, no info on trouble in mind, and No, If You let me is NOT from Metamorphosis. It is either off of unsurpassed masters or one of those other multi-CD collections that I got from IORR.

thanks
Matt

Sorry I guess I wasn't clear. Sure I realize that you likely didn't grab it directly from Metamorphosis, but I am wondering if it is still the exact same version. Can you tell what is different from this version & the Metamorphosis version?

Thanks!

Yeah, it is not a different version or anything like that. I think the quality is better off the bootleg than metamorphosis, that's all. But that's pretty subjective of course, it's not "must have" if you have Metamorphosis.

I believe 'Trouble In Mind' was from an acetate supplied by Chris Jagger that was played on a radio show in recent years.
