Been busy with the hard drives I see 
Ever thought of putting your list on line using freewebs? I keep separate excel lists and use a notes program to also include the record of the info file, but have found the easiest way of getting my list 'out there' was to use freewebs, also handy to refer to when I am online to see whether I have this or that show.
Worth a look for you i think, if in doubt or want to know what mine looks like I can send you a link. It is all template driven so not difficult.
