Here's a link to Phish's 2nd set last night, where they performed their tribute to Exile. Excellent recording. I am told it is a soundboard. But I cannot verify. I know little about Phish, other than the jam community loves them, Deadheads love them, and Phish obviously loves the Stones. (Maybe this will inspire the Stones to cover this album start to finish someday).

I think they did a great job- used a horn section and 2 backup singers to fill out the sound. They are a little rougher and less polished than they were 10 years ago anyway, so exile works for them. trey did a great job, especially imitating the steel guitar in Torn and Frayed and singing Shine a Light.
I hope more people check this out as just an interesting take on the album from a very good band.

I think they did a great job. I hope the Stones try the same thing someday.
