Here's another "old one but good one" Swingin'Pig release
which i think, had never been posted here on this forum,
in FLAC files.
I've always liked its sound even if
it's not as good as "Handsome Girls" because of a left to right hearing
on some tracks which came from the original tape which was part in mono,
part in stereo, but however it's very listenable and a very good show.
It's another CD, i've bought several years ago, and which remains me
that I've never understood why the STONES didn't came in EUROPE
for a few shows after this fantastic 1978 US TOUR?

Note that the beginning of "Street fighting man" is incomplete, only a few seconds missing !

That's something that I asked myself since a long time too. Most of the show is mono but in the earlier part of the show there are some stereo segments. It changes between mono and stereo several times. Very strange, but all releases, already the vinyl too, are like this.

the must be an complete audience recording??

I'm always asking the same questions?

Maybe it was wrongly taped by the bootlegger himself,
which could have switched by mistake between mono and stereo!

It sounds like a soundboard, but i'm not sure because of the
mono/stereo segments.

Rumour is that the tape (cassette? ) was stolen from the soundboard shortly before the show ended (that's why the end of SFM is missing). It is definitively a soundboard. Maybe there were some problems with the recorder and it switched to mono several times. I don't know...
