Ok, that was pretty weak, I admit. It usually takes me about til about noon to work up a proper amount of vitriol. However, I did enjoy your bootleg, liver than you'll ever be. It's delicious with onions.

St Leger is going to be tricky to pick the winner, Stargroover. The local money (local to me I mean) is going on the local horse in the 4.50, Rvier Captain and another to look at is Mme Head's African Rose in the Ladbroke's Sprint cup, she's done well at Deauville. Good luck!

Is The House of Prime Rib in San Francisco? My wife and I are going to spend a few days there in November. Is this a place you'd recommend for dinner? Or, any other restaurants?

Rain, rain, rain, good weekend to sit back and put on some good Stones tunes and watch some football! At least I have an excuse to not do yard work...ha!

Thanks, T&A I looked at the website and it looks like a great place. Man, I LOVE a good steak (I grilled filet mignon last night), with no apologies whatsoever to any vegans or vegetarians

last time i went to alfred's they would still let u light up a stogie after dinner...nothin' like a fatty after a nice steak dinner....
