But a question about the stage.
The unfolding lotus was in NYC, LA, and, from what I've heard and read Chicago, too.
From the LA clips the front of the stage kind of bobs up and down like a diving board when Jagger and company jump there, but it's pretty flat and stationary in this clip. Is this a Chicago clip or from somewhere else? Was there a unfolding stage in Chicago? Maybe they were slightly differnt in each town.

Personally, in the New York shows,l don't think the Lotus was bobing up and down,l mean it did move but it wasn't that the musicians could fall down or anything,but l could be wrong it has been a few years,maybe hbwriter,remenbers..

Wonderful stuff... I hope they are going to release something official from this tour, maybe the tour of most sex, drugs and rock'n'roll ever. I mean, how decadent, raw, dangerous and cool they were. LOVE YOU LIVE is really bad document.

This was a campaign enacted by someone called MILKYWAY and i just

I haven't seen those delated threads mentioned in the first post, but as far as hbwriter goes, at least to my ears there seemed to be almost a campaign against the interviews he shared with us. I find that extremely strange since most of the people liked them very much, and I can't see why there was any problem with them; he shared some partly-related stuff he had done elsewhere - like some other people do here - that might interest us (as they actually did). And besides for a writer it is always interesting to get some feedback from a devoted people like us. For some reason, this went to the nerves of some two or three people here and I saw some some really nasty comments, including personal going offending language" if anything. To my eyes hbwriter always been one of the most polite, good mannered contributers here, but perhaps there is a limit. In a way I can understand that one gets hurt and might get angry if provoked by such manner. It is him and his posts that had been under the attack by some poeple here, and what I see here is him just losing his temper for that reason, and perhaps going over the top (I don't know that since the threads are disappeared). But I would call it a defense reaction, and not being offensive in the beginning at all.

In no any way I see here a justice done. I know BV is very logical and consistent moderator, and he applies his rules mechanically (and some people seem to know how to use that 'button' to get wanted results). But what I also know that we have lost an unique and great contributor. Once again, unfortunately.

I agree Doxa...

It astounds me when people on this board overreact and feel the need to click the Report button.
If a topic doesn't interest you....move on. If you have something to say (positive or negative)...fine.
But let that be all you do. Why the need to tattle like a 5 yr old in kindergarten? BV can run
his board as he wishes. He doesn't need anyone else's help. Let all threads take their natural course.
If popular and interesting to people...they will survive for a while. If not, they will fade away.

Well, I don't know what happened and don't want to put down somebody else but I hope for shure HB will be back soon!

While looking forward to the next Archiv release I've been listening to some 75 boots.They had over 150 hours of tape (2,5 hours per show)in those days. That makes for a lot of stuff.

In this context I have a question and don't want to open another thread.
I once read about a originally planned Love you live version. The planned songs were partly different and from diff. places than on the finally released album.

I have lots of books and mags but couldn't find the part/article where this early version was mentioned.Can anybody help me with this?
