Dead Flounders, from the Album Fishy Fingers

Well when you're sitting there
In your strap-in fishing chair
Casting off some rich lures that you own
Well I hope you won't see me
In my tugboat company
For you know I could never fish alone

Lemme drown little Sushi, just lemme me drown
I know you think you're the queen of the fishin grounds
And you can
Send me dead flounders every morning
Send me dead flounders by the mail
Send me dead flounders in my wedding
And I won't forget to put roe fish on your grave

When you're in some fishing shack
Scaling a rose pink salmon's back
Making flies on trout fishing derby day
I'll be below deck in my room
with some bait and a harpoon
And another girl to bake my clams today

lemme drown little Sushi, just lemme drown
I know you think you're the queen of the fishin grounds
And you can
Serve me dead flounders every morning
Send me dead flounders by the pail
Load up dead flounders in my bedding
And I won't forget to put roe fish on your grave

No I won't forget to put roe fish on your grave.

Some Fish

Some fish taste too heavy
Some fish taste too light
Some fish taste too fishy
But some fish taste so right

Catfish make me hungry
It's always time to feed
Eat 'em up till I can't stand
It's not the food only that I need

Sympathy For The Fish

Please allow me to introduce my fish
He's a killer, and bares his fangs
He likes to taunt the other fish,
He's in need of some restraint..

He swims with glee, in the deep blue sea
While the others flee, he swims so free...

WaHoo...Wahoo...Wahoo...Wahoo...

Some fish are so tasty
They're such a tasty treat
Some fish are so flaky
Love to eat their tender meat

Angelfish are saintly
But some of them are bad
Sometimes I just just throw 'em back
'Cause of the bad ones that I've had

Salmon are so tasty
Best to buy it fresh
Brush it first with olive oil
Then serve it hot with lemon zest

Some favorite fish bands and performers:

This is from an early version of I Wanna Be Your Clam with John, George, and Paul all on bass (it took a while to introduce the other guitars). And you real fans will note that this is Ringo's first use of the fish sticks that famously became the inspiration for Octopus's Garden.

Jimmy and Robert launching into one of their seafood specials:
I've been filleted and stewed for so long I'm not blue

Keith's 5 string Starburst Rock lobster from the Bridges to Altantis tour

Fin-ally, look closely at the face of this devil fish and tell me if it looks like any member of the band?
I'll let you guess his name. oooh oooh!

Hey fish what's with your eyes
I saw them flashing like police lights
So fill my net, fish, and be my lunch
I must say thanks, yeah thanks a bunch

I ate the carp, I ate the sole
I ate the silverfish then ate the gold
You got the crayfish fresh this time
It's quite alright with a squeeze of lime

Smoked eel and beers, will always do
When I am hungry and thirsty too
I'm feeling peckish (and that's no doubt)
Just hankerin' for a nice piece of trout.

Hey salmon, what's in your stream
Is that my net dude? Or a bad dream?
What's that gurgling in your gills?
I don't care, no I don't care

Oh babe, just try this sole
and the silverfish, and the gold
A piece of bone, just made me choke
I can't breath, that's no feckin joke

Nice work with the pics camper88!thumbs up
You've taken these tides to a much higher sea level.

It's starting to get tricky to fish for more ideas,
but then one slaps me in the face like a hammerhead,
and they begin to spawn in huge numbers again.

Yeah, Bluefin are tasty, slow-cooked in a pasty
You make me turn my oven right down
But baby, sting-ray
Is nice if you'd just let it brown

All you a' fishin' are low-tide anglers
hanging by your arse off the prow
But baby, good sting ray
is more tender than chicken or cow

Yeah your low-tide fishin got me for skate a' itchin'
You can catch it with a sluice when it's wild

But Sting ray'll soon decay, just as you told me
So haul out the crumblin' ice.

Always good with curry or a well-made slurry
You always let the fish fry on high
But honey, it tastes funny
I've now told you six or seven times.
Filet your stingray like a flank cut sideways
You can rub it with sprigs of thyme

Though Sting ray 's nice your way,
don'cha scold me as I call out for numbleling
Don't scold me if I call out for numbleling spice.

Oh my my, I'm the lone skate eater
Scaling my fish every night

Baby didn't stay
She done told me, get your own damn crumbling ice
she done told me, I'm sick of your numbleling spice
She done told me, she done told me, she done told me
So now I
Keep on trolling, keep on trolling, keep on trolling

I have no idea...
we'll have to cast out our lines, and hopefully get some nibbles.
I'm sure there will be something new found deep down in the abyss.
Either that, or enjoy the fish and cheese banquet for awhile...

Give me cheez whiz when I'm thirsty,
give me reef shark when I wanna get high...
