Well, there have to be some people with idealism in the world.
On the other hand I don't think it'll pay out for him. I don't want to be too negative, especially before he opened it but my guess is that it will last 2 or 3 years before he has to close it, sell it, move to a smaller place or all together.
I recently visited the Rock Museum in Munich. First because I live there, 2nd because I had too much spare time 'till show start in the Olympic Arena. Cost me 8euros per person. We were the only ones in there. Was nice having a look at it, but...travelling for more than a few miles/kilometers to visit...don't think so...or maybe one time and that's it. Nobody will travel from all over Europe just to visit the Museum...you travel to Hamburg and then maybe visit the museum but not the other way round.
Just my opinion
Anyway, good luck to Schroeder.
