Intriguing record - here are some notes found hunting around the net.
'Sherrie's In Love' (Monogram 104), credited to 'THE ROLLING STONES
(formerly The Time Tones)', is another joke 45 in the same vein as the
Five Shits one. Credit on this side (only) reads, 'Arranged by Mickey
Most, Andrew Loog Oldham and Philip Spector'. The artist listed on the
flip side is the 'Time Tones (formerly the Rolling Stones)'.
Actually this recording is a joke 45 with an unreleased accappella side
from the early 60's of The Timetones present in the Kreiter's guide and released in the 70's by the Philadelphian label Monogram Records dedicated to reissuing old material and pressing unreleased material.

Apparently, the Five Shits (formerly known as the Lytations) got around...
they released a disc called "Dreaming Of You" as The Miracles, and later,
a cover of "Stormy Weather" (backed with "My Pretty Little Girl") under
the Five Shits name. The 'J. Lemmon' credit from the Beatles disc
reappears on "Stormy Weather", incidentally.
There is also a 45 of a track called "Sherrie's In Love" credited to 'The
Rolling Stones', but while the mysterious songwriter J. Lemmon also gets a
credit here, that disc is unrelated to the Five Shits, having actually
been performed by a doo-wop group called The Companions. (This track
actually appears on a compilation, with the Stones' name attached nonetheless!)
so brings us back to are the label details genuine?
Producer - Brian Jones
Arranged by - Mickey Most, Andrew Loog Oldham and Philip Spector.
Written by - M.Jackoff (realy?)/J.Lemmon/K.Richards (maybe Kevin)
For what it's worth it certainly sounds like something that could have been a leftover from those early sixties sessions.
