By the way I just read the above review of Marianne's latest album, and noted that the great (Australian) drummer Jim White is in, together with Chan Marshall (aka Cat Power).

As it seems my-favorite-singer/band Cat Power is turning out into "some kinda stones connection". When you see her live with her current band, the Dirty Delta Blues, you just know where the sound comes from. Then you learn that the band is formed by Judah Bauer already guitarman of the Jon Spencer Blues Explosion and Jim White - one of the best drummers ever. Then you learn that keyboardist/guitarist Gregg Foreman is a huge fan of our Keith Richards ...
