if you use square brackets instead of round ones it won't make a smiley: [E]
i guess there's no floorplan available?

There is a plan, but only people who bought memberships can see it. I have no membership for this concert.

We found a plan for the George Michael concert.

For Georgie.. there are front of stage tickets.

the most expensive are FOS

Yes but two prices... see above..

one could be GA the other one FOS

Maybe the same in public sale on friday.. hopefully.

Re: Budapest

not every venue has a separate FOS area, so if there's only one állóhely section/price,
until further notice i'd assume it's the whole floor area.

that floorplan for George M is pretty weird-lookin! is this stadium set up like an amphitheatre?

GA = general admission, standing area, first come first served.

god the sold ones, more expensive ones, could have been fos... (Georgie I mean) if you try to buy there you can see it.

But.. it's ok...now...

I am tired.

well good but - i don't understand, sorry! in the list of prices for the Stones show,
i only see one price for Álló - am i missing something?
(let's leave George out of it - it's confusing enough as it is!)

Re: Budapest

Yeah, we'd better dump Mr Michael.

ok. I am sorry too. My nerves.... I should buy tickets for people who have no creditcard.. thats why I don't want to make mistakes.

The only thing I wanted to say is.. that behind these A B C D E F for the "STONES" maybe more than one category is. F cat. 1 F cat. 2 .. thats why I showed Georgie's list.

Ok.. we will see on friday.

Looking at George Michael seating chart -

does KIERNELT ALLOHELY (SZINPADHOZ KOZELI) means FRONT OF STAGE ?????

ALLOHELY means standing (normal) ?

Till any native confirms:
szinpad=Stage -hez= at Közeli = Close, near
..Couldnt possibly be antything else but FOS?

[dict.sztaki.hu] Dictionary (just click on "Hungarian";it'll be reversed)

Re: Budapest

I called them and they said there will be FOS. Definitely. It'll be more expensive. It is called: "szinpadhoz közeli állóhely". But sales'll start on Friday.
I have a 11 year old son. FOS will be good for him?

Thank you 1962!!!

I guess it's better to be FOS with your son than GA. But FOS not really in front, maybe on the side.. always more space than GA.

Re: Budapest

thank you 1962!
FOS will be great for you & your offspring because you can choose where to stand -
no one needs to be in a crush if they don't enjoy that.

Re: Budapest

FOS is called szinpadhoz közeli állóhely, right?
What I wonder then is: is just "Állóhegy" another category;
and would that be behind FOS?

Finally: What is GA called..? On the George Michael-chart
nothing like it were to be seen... ?

GA ought to be called "Általános Belépes" or slt. ?

Re: Budapest

the FOS area is called kiernelt allohely (szinpadhoz kozeli);
the part of the field that's called just allohely is the non-FOS part.
you can see them both on the George Michael floorplan but it doesn't show how they're partitioned.
the FOS area is (obviously) close to the stage; the non-FOS part of the field/pitch is (naturally) farther from it.
both FOS and the rest of the field/pitch are GA - GA just means you stand where you want/can within the area you have tickets for.

I noticed a VIP ticket on the list What is that?
Thanks to active people on this board I know what FOS is in Hungarian, but is the
price level of the best reserved seats? I will try either FOS or a great seat.

Hi!

I'm hungarian,so you all can believe me: kiemelt (and not kiernelt) állóhely means surely fos. Állóhely is standing place. But wait until friday. In my hometown, the tickets are mostly available on the day of the contert too, so theres no chance, that all the fos tickets will be bought, if you want to buy them next week.

1962, what about the distance between city's center and stadium? I mean, how many Kilometres must someone cover WALKING to go from a center's hotel to the stadium? I like walking, especially in beautiful cities...
