Was planning to.
But i gave it up . It was supposed to go on sale for 3 weeks ago 21-3-07. I do not trust this russian ticket system... You need a visa with pictures and all ( stand in line for hours on the russian ambassy) also you have to fill out a form with a lot of questions . You have to prepay your hotel etc. I rather take a whole week in london.

pieter you do not have to stand in line at a Russian Embassy (at least for USA citizen), and in fact I discourage anyone from doing that. I have been in and out of Saint Petersburg more than I care to think in the last 12 months. My jaded view is that anything you try to do with Russians without an inside contact is going to be frustrating, and as a whole they will be uniformly unconcerned about your plight. If you do this on your own, EXPECT delays. However, there are a multitude of well connected agencies that can get you your visa without a hassle as rapidly as within 48 hours. They do cost though. There is no any tickets today yet,folks.I am in SPB now.When they will be,I'll tell you.6oo USD is not real,who buys such tickets?Too expensive for Russia.Usually it costs 50-100 Euros.

Do they have GA and/or FOS-Tickets? ...or is it seated...hopefully not!
