What an amazing moment! They were so close - Keith was holding Mick's head/neck. It almost seemed as though they might kiss! It was a really magical moment for those of us who recognized how long it had been since this had happened (it was lost on some of the crowd though). For me, I held my breath the whole time - not wanting to miss a second of that precious, precious moment.

It was a beautiful night.

I remember the classic photos of old.
I do so hope that other pictures of this become available, because these shots look rather incriminating. Are we sure that they were not kissing?

hehehe - it looked like they might, but I was watching VERY CLOSELY! I bet there were many uncomfortable American men in the audience though!

It was almost as touching as at the club show in Stockholm in 2003. After Mick had delivered a fantastic version of "That's How Strong My Love Is", Keith was actually a bit "starstruck". Went over to Mick, big, warm smile, almost tears in his eyes. Then gave Mick a huge hug. "That's the man! That's my man!". So I started to cry, silently. Very embarrassed I looked around, just to see big, strong men crying rivers. One of my golden Stones moments. Just like this one. All to be stored in the only apropriate harddisc for this purpose: In our hearts!
