Depends whether you think it's disgraceful that a 57-year-old Twickenham resident and lifelong Stones fan has never before made it to a live gig! Anyway it won't be my last as I am also going Tuesday.
Stadium pretty nearly sold out as far as I could see - I was high up in the West stand near the stage which meant I had a rather off-to-one-side view and also rather off-to-one-side sound - loud but not very clear sometimes.
Great atmosphere in the stadium in spite of a pretty heavy shower of rain which soaked all the FOS people on the pitch but luckily stopped just before the Stones came on. We got a Mexican wave going for a while. And when Keith hit the first chords of JJF everybody in my section of the stand was instantly on their feet (in spite of the tickets sternly warning us that This Is An ALL SEATED event)
First surprise after reading all the setlists on here was Start Me Up as 2nd on the bill - but the real big cheer came when Mick started on Ruby Tuesday which everyone sang along with. They didn't seem to know Streets of Love as well as the Continental crowds and didn't sing along much although Mick put heart and soul into it. Nice to hear Sway but again I got the impression that not that many people knew it (Mick said "here's one we don't do very often - hope we can remember it"

You'll appreciate that I've got no previous experience by which to judge whether people were "on" or not, but Mick was certainly on form and I didn't even remember to notice whether his voice still had any trace of the laryngitis - he didn't seem to be holding back at all. Lovely long jam on Midnight Rambler with Mick on harp.
Mick says that "we should be at Wembley. Sorry we're not at Wembley! They should have it ready for the Arctic Monkeys' farewell tour..."
He introduces Keith as "Chief Headbanger".
Keith I thought seemed to be finding some of the show hard going - seemed to have a job getting started on one or two numbers although he was better once things were well under way. I've seen other comments on here about the guitars being fairly "down" in the sound mix and I think they were tonight - I was trying to hear Keith and could only do so occasionally.
Then the ride to the B-stage (this is a wonderful bit of theatrics, but does funny things to the sound, even right up in the stands) and Get Off My Cloud which again we all enjoyed shouting along with. Back to the main stage and a spectacular Sympathy for the Devil with all the effects - smoke, flames, red light, and everyone doing the Woo WOO's. By now most people in my area were on their feet and stayed there for the rest of the show.
No sign of Mick feeling ill - he was running the width of the stage to get both sides of the crowd clapping etc. But they did only do one encore - quite a long Satisfaction, but no YCAGWYW - perhaps they're saving it for Tuesday.
As a first-timer, I am duly bowled over by my first Live Stones. I can see that some of the weaknesses mentioned on this board may exist, but they're drops in the ocean compared with the pleasure this band can still produce - everyone I saw was smiling and I didn't hear a single complaint from anyone.
