I'm going back and forth between a few episodes of Seinfeld and the Glastonbury show, especially this number.

This is definitely my favorite version from '89 onward. And I still say that this, together with Satisfaction from that night, is among their best encores this side of Bill Wyman.

This is my favorite right now: love the mood, feel... I hear a weird cross between D'Angelo and Burt Bacharach.

Bonnie Raitt - Road Tested.
Great album! Her guitar sound is very similiar to Lowell George's one.
Fanstastic woman!

Neil Young "Down By The River" from Lokerse Festival 2014. A 25-minute version...
I'd love to write it's stupendous but honestly it's rather boring. 2 minutes of singing at both ends and 21 minutes of guitar meandering in between.

The well-behaved Belgian audience wait for 16 minutes before they start to politely boo... >grinning smiley<

Haha, yes it is quite boring... I remeber seeing Neil and Crazy Horse in Germany 2013 and some fans started booing when his guitar feedback went on to long...

You have to check out Crystal Cat's new release from Neil Youngs concert in Stockholm last year though, it's the best audience recording I've ever heard, and it also includes the 30 minute full version of Down by the river from Lokerse festival as bonus track in glorious sound quality...

Well, I was there and definitely not a big Neil Young fan, but I actually enjoyed Down by the River.

But if I would hear it now on boot, it would probably bore, errr, the daylights out of me.

A little to fast for my liking, but an interesting version. Not a huge fan of arena rock, but GFR was one of my guilty pleasures in the 70's (she says somewhat sheepishly)...
