Here's a mail I just received: Seems very correct, you can keep your tickets they remain valid. If you don't want it, you will get the entrance price+the service costs+the fan club charge back.

CONCERT IN BRUSSEL
UITGESTELD TOT ZOMER 2007
Het uitgestelde concert van The
Rolling Stones, dat normaliter op
donderdag 1 juni in het Koning
Boudewijnstadion in Brussel plaats had
moeten vinden, staat gepland voor de
zomer van 2007. Een exacte datum is
er nog niet, maar we hopen die
binnenkort mee te kunnen delen.
De tickets in uw bezit blijven geldig
voor het concert van volgend jaar.
Wilt u uw plaatsen echter annuleren,
dan vragen wij u om de tickets vóór 30
september 2006 terug te sturen naar
Tele Ticket Service, samen met het
document dat u kunt downloaden op .
Ook een gedeeltelijke annulering is
mogelijk (bv. 2 van de 4 tickets). Het
terugsturen van de tickets gebeurt
volledig op risico van de besteller.
U krijgt de op de ticket vermelde
toegangsprijs terugbetaald, samen met
de servicekosten en wat u als
inschrijving van de fanclub werd
aangerekend.
Zodra de nieuwe datum
bekendgemaakt is, gaan de
vrijgekomen tickets weer in verkoop.

Le concert reporté des Rolling Stones,
qui était prévu au Stade Roi Baudouin
à Bruxelles le 1er juin, aura lieu dans
l’été de 2007. Nous espérons de vous
annoncer la nouvelle date très bientôt.
Vos billets restent valables pour la date
du concert de l'année prochaine.
Si vous désiriez annuler vos places,
nous vous prions de nous retourner
vos billets avant le 30 septembre 2006,
avec le document que vous pourriez
télécharger sur . Une annulation
partielle est évidemment possible (par
exemple 2 des 4 billets). Le renvoi des
billets est entièrement à votre propre
risque.
Nous vous rembourserons le prix
d’entrée mentionné sur le billet, les
frais de service et la somme pour
l’inscription comme membre du
fanclub.
Les billets retournés seront remis en
vente dès que la nouvelle date sera
annoncée.

POSTPONED TILL SUMMER 2007
The postponed concert of The Rolling
Stones which had to happen on 1 June
in the King Baudouin Stadium in
Brussels will take place during
Summer 2007. The exact date will be
announced later on.
Your tickets remain valid for next year’s
concert date.
If, however, you would like to cancel
your booking, we kindly ask you to
return your tickets to Tele Ticket
Service, before 30 September 2006,
together with the document which can
be downloaded at . A partial
cancellation is of course also possible
(e.g. cancelling 2 and keeping 2
tickets). The returning of the tickets is
fully at your own risk.
We will reimburse the entrance price
mentioned on the ticket, the service
costs and the fan club charge you had
to pay. The refund can take some
weeks.
As soon as the new date has been
announced, the returned tickets will be
put on sale again.

Wow. I remember having read that Charlie Watts would retire in december. Does this mean we'll be getting Stones minus Charlie in Brussels next year?

That story never said that he was going to retire.It just said that he might not do any more long world tours after Dec.2006 (the original planned end of the current world tour).Short tours,like the one(s) we probably can expect next year,don't fall into that category.
