Cindy is much less here now. I think it's the summertemperature in Boston that drags her to the beach or something. That's probably what's happening with Reptile too. We've seem them on the beach together...in that photo you know.

Oh, that's bad, Nikki. I hope Cindy lives on a hill.
Rooster, yeah, you like his singing on the Oslo show? I'm glad you're enjoying it...it's something majestetic about that show.

Hi guys.

I didn't get flooded out, but lots of people I know did. They spent most of their weekends pumping out their basements. I'm pretty sure Cafaro did.

That 78 tour thread was so much fun. I should go back and read it, I wonder if it was just fun at the time, or if it's fun reading now.

Hi girl!
Glad that you're not living downtown!
The 1978 tour thread....
I've tried reading it, and it's still very funny. But I don't think we should put it on page 1 again, because of the whorse-person. Perhaps BV will delete it.
So, you found tonights' undercover-thread...

Well in that case, I'm gonna put on Wanna Hold You.

You sure look good to me, so what's it gonna be.....

I'll make an offer you can't refuse !
Strange, I couldn't found the old thread...do you remember the title, Cindy or Rooster? I hope it's not deleted.

High Heel Sneakers by Tommy Tucker
Recorded by The Stones 1964

Put on your red dress baby
'Cause we're going out to night
Put on your red dress baby
'Cause we're going out to night
You better wear some boxing gloves
In case a fool might wanna fight

Put on your high-heel sneakers
wear your wig hat on your head
Put on your high-heel sneakers
Wear your wig hat on your head
I'm pretty sure now baby
'Cause you know, you're gonna knock 'em dead

Put on your high-heel sneakers
Wear your wig hat on your head
Put on your high-heel sneakers
Wear your wig hat on your head
Well I'm pretty sure now darling
'Cause you know you gonna knock 'em dead

I CANNOT BELIEVE NO ONE MENTIONED THIS ONE YET:

"IDIOT WIND" by Dylan (www.bobdylan.com) check out those lyrics.

One of the most vile songs ever written for all those assh*le phoney friends that fall through your life. Not exactly sure who Bobby meant it for but it works quite well for almost all occasions....

I think many love songs are about people who betray others or are silly or evil in some way.
Many Stones ballads are about girls that don't accept your love or somebody from which you have to hide your love away.
I think "Down In The Hole" could be understood in this way, or "All About You", or "Beast Of Burden".
It's just a thin line between love and hate, hot and cold.

Has nobody mentioned 'CHANGES' by Black Sabbath?

Killer tune, I must stress however NOT the crappy version that Ozzy did with his daughter, seek out the original Sabbath version - Love it

Keep on rockin!

I'm with MicksBrain here....why the comment T&A? Your silence intrigues me....

then I got over it.

the whole album was an obvious ode to his failing marriage....common knowledge, I thought

Thank you, T&A. Blood On The Tracks is one of my all time favorite albums by any artist, but I guess I'm wearing the dunce cap today...I always pictured Idiot Wind to be directed at someone other than Sara....I don't know why, just felt like it.

I appreciate the insight.
