of dangerous driving and weapons. they were released from jail for qa bail of 162 usd

There were also found some drugs in the car, I think.
The police seemed so be a big fan of Keith, didn't he get an autograph or something....?

I think the term that the police used was "reckless driving".

Ronnie, Keef, Freddie Sessler, and a driver were stopped and booked for a weapon (a switchblade). Trunk of the car was apparently full of Freddie's magic powder, though it was not found. Local Stonesfans raised hell until they let our heroes go. Something like that happened.

Whenver passing thru Fordyce, be sure to stop at the "Four Dice" Restaurant where Keith and Ron stopped to eat....its been renovated but still a historical site for us Stones fans.

Believe it or not, Fordyce was on the map even before this occurance! It is also the birthplace and boyhood home of one Paul W. "Bear" Bryant. For those outside of the U.S., he was the greatest college football coach of all time! (unless you are a Penn State, Florida State, or Notre Dame fan!)

Hey Barry was a bootleggers boy, I never said he did'nt ruffle feathers, Like a certain band I know.

I really think that Fordyce law enforcement didn't want the hassle of making a headlining bust like that in their small town. They couldn't handle the publicity or the Stones lawyers that would be bearing down on them, so they probably overlooked the snow.

Looking at the pic, I can see where they get the hippie moniker. Keith has never been handsome but Ron Wood is an ugly man.

JC was also there. Stones had an FBI agent on the payroll, who sorted it out..

I heard the Stones had to pay off town officials $1 mil to get Keef and Ronnie off the hook.
The Stones had to add a new date to the tour to make that $$$ back.
Jagger must have been fuming!
