Newark 2012 PPV - Where To Download?

Can anyone tell me please where to download the Newark 2012 PPV?
I know there is not an official download, but maybe it is uploaded somewhere.
There is the full concert on youtube but only in 360p.
Would love to have the concert in HD! smiling bouncing smiley
