I agree. On the same day the Stones fail to announce a US tour, Ron is playing with Mick Taylor (heavily rumored to be absent from said tour), and Mick and Keith are in New York. And all you can hear are the crickets chirping.
I have been waiting nine years to see the Rolling Stones, who have not played within 900 miles of me since 2006 (when I walked to the show, and Bob Wills was still the king). Never seen Mick Taylor, but I would like to, but I'll settle for anything at this point. Don't even know if it will happen at all. Just bizarre.
