It is great that Ronnie can have some fun on stage. I don't understand why people act like "moral police" and say some bands are good and some are bad.

Seems to me that many boybands, although very successful and admired by millions of girls, don't want to think of themselves as boybands. Instead they would like to be considered as mean rock stars.
Hence the tattoos and the "rock" attributes. The collaboration with Wood probably supports them in this deliberate misinterpretation of themselves.

Imho this is part of the strategy designed by Jagger known as "brign the youngsters to the Stones".
Mick did his part (the SNL segment with Arcade Fire and the Foo Fighters).
As Keith doesn't know any musicians who was born after 1945 it's Ronnie's turn to promote the band to the 10-17 yo public.

Out of all the talented credible artists out there to play with, he choses to perform with the biggest manufactured pop boy band on the planet at the moment because they're on prime time TV. Wow, he must really crave attention!
Stooped to a new low and made Mick's extra curricular activities look classy.

Maybe in the future Father, but as for now this IS their next album and single and Ron is notably absent from the 87 times I've heard the new CD played...
It's just a 'good on ya' to the boys of 1D from a long time mentor which Ron has certainly been since 2010.
Now it's off to SNL for 1D...
I feel like their damn road manager

Ronnie at approx 1m 19s
In fairness, Ronnie really gave it all, LOL! ><
I wanted to like it and tried to keep an open mind, but I found it absolutely cringeworthy.
