Does Bill Wyman know about this?

It would be a pretty cool porch light for my house, and I'd save a whack on shipping!

Does it come with a full soundboard of both stones shows? If yes, I would buy it :-)

Last bid I saw it at was just over $12000, but that was a few days ago.

the stones legacy is way,way to big to only be shown in a hard rock cafe or that silly rock and roll hall of lame.

bring on the stones museum mick, the el mocambo sign will be a nice touch, of course.

I saw on the news that it was one of the guys that is on Dragon's Den, which is a Canadian show broadcast on the CBC. I don't watch the show so I can't remember the guy's name.

that sucks, alot of great music was played there from what i understand but it doesnt have the same meaning without the stones name attached to it.
hopefully they end up with it in the end.

if you could go back and grab different things from their past it would be amazing-ok,heres a room covered with the flooring from the 75 stage and over there is...

i'm hoping we'll be suprised at what they really do have at some point.

I like how you phrase that: "I'm hoping we'll be surprised." Me too -- pleasantly surprised smiling smiley

While we wait for the Stones to resume their Australian tour....

Here is an interesting article concerning the fate of the El Mocambo club
in Toronto.....

Now, if only we could get the Stones to release the March 4/5, 1977 shows as part of their 'from the vaults' series....

cheers,
David
