A very appropriate dig by the great Steve Bell on the lamentable way The Stones (and it turned out later U2 and many many others) avoid paying tax).

(And if anyone can tell me why it does not show up as an image in the way the first posting here does, I'd be more than grateful).

Those "old" jokes are a bit predictable though. And therefore not that funny.

Many of those "old" jokes are more tired than their intended targets.

Can someone explain this joke........maybe I missed the clue.....
My guess is if Keith Richards face is on a pack of cigarettes you don't have to worry about your lungs

A few months ago, there was a rumor that a tobacco company planned to use Keef's face on their cartons in an effort to warn of the dangers of smoking. Here's the IORR link. iorr.org/talk. It was all just a joke, though.

Jagger's visit to ABBA the Museum reportedly was kept secret in advance and took place after the attraction had closed. While there, he perused ABBA's instruments and stage outfits, and also sang along with a hologram of the legendary Swedish pop group: "Agnetha, I still love you baby".

I agree with both of you. I almost find them ignorant. Maybe because I'm over 50 myself.
