Mostly in people's drawers having been rendered on Kodak Instamatics. The Stones were not at their photogenic best and the tour was sort of thrown together, presumably without the usual propagandists in tow.

They were their photogenic fourth best: 1975 and the different 1976 and the different 1977 being the best ones. Last tour with Keith when he could wear anything, say anything, do anything and always, always always be smashing.

Loved seeing the Some Girls show in the cinema a couple of years back. Just the band and a stage, which lets the music speak for itself.

Is there a boot of that? Not sure if I've seen one.

This remains the most mysterious Stones tour ever..opening down here in Lakeland...very , very odd.

Very little information regarding this tour has always made it unique. Many of us who went to see the band were lucky as it was the last truly great Stones tour.

They don't look like partial capos. So I would guess using two capos would be for more stability. Keeping the guitar in tune better.

I have a Dunlop stretch fabric and a Kyser. The Dunlop has stretched out over the years.

I remember in the late 90's there was a site I found by a Japanese photographer that had approximately 100 very high quality Anaheim photos never found it since.

He doesn't have to change guitars between numbers. However, I wonder how effective it really was..

Yeah, that's true. Can't recall any third fret songs in that setlist, though.

He also uses 2 capos for JJF, which as we know ended the concert.

Weird. Maybe to secure the capos' pressure? It wouldn't make sense...

That is what I'm thinking. Keep more pressure and stays in tune better???

Back to the 3rd and 2nd fret capo pic. What song could they be on? Could that be a slide on his pinky? It looks awful straight.

The "shoes" happened at the 2nd Anaheim concert on July 24?
