North America is not a continent in its own right - it's just part of the continent of The Americas.

Where are you from? Were you taught that there were only 5 continents then? How do classify Europe and Asia, as Eurasia?

No disrespect with the above questions. Just curious. From reading up there seems to be, a 7-model, 6-model(Eurasia) and a 5-model(Americas/Eurasia).
Asia, Africa, Oceania, America, Europa...5

Some of you are mistaking "continents" for "world regions" (is that the proper english word?).

There are six continents and five world regions. Eurasia and North America are two of the continents.

Europe and America are two of the world regions.

Please DO NOT use this thread for geographical small talk or other very off-topic issues like videos and so on. Feeel free to post if you have info about rumoured dates.

I guess we'd better stick to bv's request in order for him to be in great shape for the Australia and New Zealand tour without having to spend unnecessary time cleaning up this thread.....smiling smiley

Last night I was showing one of my mates the video for Out of Control from Berlin. My mate is not a fan of the band, but she made a comment that was bang on. It doesn't matter that the Stones are older as they really are their musichot smiley

I am looking forward to the 30 On Fire tour, with 30 shows per leg they will tour most of the European countries again...

Seriously though - these are exciting times for us, Rolling Stones fans

They will have much fun there because the audience there is younger and much louder. That's why they get more shows than Europe. But they will have to reduce the prices a bit. Maybe they speed up some songs like BS, smu or jjf. Looking forward to another great stones year. When was the last time they toured 4 years in a row?

If the fans there are younger than in Roskilde they can forget serving alcohol during the shows... winking smiley

well, not exactly touring..... 4 years in a row. yeah, 4 years in a row, but not like 100 shows a year. anyhow, im very happy they keep going and hope to see them in London, or... Amsterdam in 2015.

I´m uruguayan, i´ve been to Stones shows in Europe, etc. I can tell you all Stones fans in the world: a Rolling Stones gig in Buenos Aires is a MUST. You CANNOT miss it.

It really is something different, because of the fan feedback. Really great passionate fans and the band you can see and feel is really into it, never seen it anywhere else. Buenos Aires IS Stonesland.

They never been to Uruguay (20 min. flight from Buenos Aires). I suppose the fan reaction will be similar since we are too much alike. Uruguayan is probably a little more shy than the Argentinians.

See you here in February!

Still don't think they should play Hyde Park again. Wembley Arena/Stadium, o2 Arena, Olympic Stadium.

Doing a string of nights at the o2 would really make it full circle.

Hyde Park would be great, with a much better layout and AEG ditched as organizors and promoter. What I hear from last year it was a complete shambles.

'Club gig' would be Royal Albert Hall with huge screens in Hyde Park with free entry to the park for everyone who wants to be there. smiling smiley

Not keen on any of the other big venues in London for a Stones gig, apart from Wembley Arena.

Gonna be happening summer 2015 I'm sure.

Only downside is that it could be a final farewell.
