Why don't stop in June/July 2015 and then restart in September/October 2016 from US with a new "Concept" and a new album of new stuff...It should be fantastic!!

That comment is Taylor-made (pun intended, I think) for a new "Sons Of Rolling Stones" concept album/tour.

According to a radio station in Montevideo, the Stones can play there on March 4 or 5.

The US makes the Stones a lot of money, don't count a US Tour out!

It's been stated before and I'll reiterate it now...this is the new modus operandi for the stones for the foreseeable future.

A handful of dates over 6-8 weeks in a certain part of the world (obviously the US - AND CANADA!) then a few months off for other personal projects, then back on the road.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

No pressure to tour for 80 dates, lots of time off between to rest, lots of money to be made, maybe, if it strikes their fancy, a new album/archive releases.

I think this is a great time to be a fan as we're getting lots to see and hear and this will continue until they either they get totally sick of it or someone eventually becomes ill.

In other words, I think this could go on for 5-10 years.

Charlie is the key I think in The Rolling Stones touring. He has the most physical job in the band......................and when he says..........I've had enough, that will be it. That will be it. Not gonna be for a long time yet,I'm sure . The Rolling Stones are gonna keep Rollin' for a while yet. >grinning smiley<

i´m very scared, and hope this really do not happen, but the dates that are rumored (feb/mar) for Mexico maybe can match with this shit of festival here, that is managed by the same promotors/sponsors that had put the Stones in Mexico 95-98-06...

What's wrong with the stones playing at that time in Mexico?

The concept, the organization, the ticket prices, always manage the concept "Latino" to sell but always contract a non Latin Artist to close it as head bill, is done in the same venue that Stones has been played since first visit "Foro Sol" is manage by the same promotor, i don´t like THE STONES would played there...

Monterrey isn´t as safe as it was even a few years ago, so more likely would be Mexico City and Guadalajara...

But guys, come to San Miguel de Allende! Johnny Depp and Tim Burton (among others) like it enough!

I'd say there's probably not that many alternatives (in Mexico or elsewhere - meaning: only a handful of promotors worldwide really can manage a Stones gig/ tour)... So you're probably on the right track there.

more like barclay's center ,rather than the garden .with how much james dolan charges to book the garden and the conflicts with the knicks and the rangers dates .also dont forget about the prudential center in newark nj.by the way i love the garden !!!

With the renovations, it's a spectacular looking venue. Frankly, from an average fan's standpoint, the older MSG had better and more cheap seats. But if you want a swanky, modern arena, you've got one now!
