Please note that GERMANY, SPAIN, JAPAN and ARGENTINA would be much higher in the list if IORR had support of local language i.e. German, Spanish and Japanese. These statistics tell you how many are able to read IORR in English. Some might enjoy the pictures only, and some might use translation systems, but a local language native support would give much higher numbers to these countries. I am sure.

I would love to go back to Australia and New Zealand....especially to see the Stones!

I was lucky to catch them at Slane Castle in Ireland in 2007 as I had planned a trip there at that time prior to the announcement. But I do have a bucket list of places I want to travel to (that I haven't visited yet) and next on my list is Prague and Scotland, hopefully in 2015, with a little side trip to Belfast to buy someone a beer or 2.

Impressive.

Did the number of banishments remain flat or was there an upsurge? I would imagine during a tour people get all riled up.
Lots of great posters were banned during the purge of 2013,maybe now that the tour is over the boss would rethink his position...smiling smiley

I like the use of the word "purge" -- it makes me think of the Great Terror in Russia in the 1930's. Were these people real or perceived enemies of the Rolling Stones state? smiling smiley

& don't 4-get the many great purges of 2014! winking smiley u guys are a riot! cool smiley

3 million worldwide visits and no ads. How about that? Maybe Facebook or Google will offer you a tidy sum for the site.

Do you get many purchase or advertisement offers BV?

I have been offered a six digit number in US dollars for IORR, but I rejected it. Loads of ticket brokers and other merchandise companies do of course want to come closer to the fans. Just search for "Rolling Stones" on Google and you will see who they are.

Wow that is very cool of you not to sell out! I appreciate that, thanks! peace

Least traffic ever on this board?

I don't know if it's because it's summertime, Monday, nighttime in the Western Hemisphere, band between legs of their tour, disgruntled habitual posters, or what. But I've never seen this place so empty.

When the music's over...

No surprise. The Stones fans are the worse in terms of loyalty. Only interest is if they are touring and finding cheap seats. No real connection to the band and like sports fans, front runners.

I don't agree...I check in daily...the only problem is it's not easy to start an interesting thread...wait, I got one...why doesn't Mick Taylor...

My new phone logs me out automatically, but I check iorr on almost a daily basis. The boys are enjoying some well deserved time off with their families before rehearsals start. Looking forward to reading the reports about the rehearsals!>grinning smiley<

It's August. Even the streets in L.A. are empty. Hell, I'm heading out next week for an end of summer vacation. Things will ramp up in a few weeks. The leaves will fall (in the Northern Hemisphere), and there'll be a buzz about those Southern Hemisphere shows in Australia. (And then the talk of, is it over? Are there more shows?)

I have posted for over 15 yrs on various boards whether they are on tour or not. You have to make it interesting even if it involves some controversy. It keeps it fun.

Anatomy of a speed bump: A poster whose made less than four dozen posts in 2 years is complaining about less posts being made during a dip in "traffic".

Last one to the top of the page is a rotten egg!

I enjoy the quiet, posting in peace.

I hate all the racket some of the European posters create around here!

The Stonesdoug board is even less populated. There's some good folks on there but there is a contingent that tries to drive people away that don't go along with the groupthink.
