When the money goes out, then i think i might have been duped.
At some (most of?) the shows, the event litho wasn't even available - so no, I don't think it was planned to work the way you describe it here.

They didn't sell any Lithos at the shows I went to. Anyhow, you never sell something you do not have. Never.

Sad to hear you got no news.I believe that these guys who work in that business are not really ready.Once they claim , order now, then not available and then again back in stock soon.
I just noticed by the way that since a few days , they have removed for every posters the line back in stock soon, and that we can predorder again, look like mess anyway.

Same situation for me ordering the Oslo poster and paris one, my current state is pending, as said before its not a way to run a business imho.

Just noticed on the stones website, that the new batch of posters are dated around the 21st July.
While my orders are still pending from early June.
Was thinking or ordering the Madrid and Belgium posters, but not sure now. I know they will eventually arrive, buts it's frustrating to say the least.

Yes, Money went out of my account. I bought form the UK Store. I'll wait a week and contact them if they do not let me know anything.

Yes, Money went out of my account. I bought form the UK Store. I'll wait a week and contact them if they do not let me know anything.

Nothing at the moment odean73. Seems like all of the items are released on the 21st. Still, when I bought the item it said in stock and would be with me within 10 days! Very poor and no update either! Customer service anyone?

Guessing it's the same delay for t-shirts. I haven't waited as long as some of you however. I ordered a Rome t-shirt on 25 June (they'd sold out at the merchandise stand when I was in Rome). Money has gone out of my account but my order is still "pending".

Same problem here. Made 2 orders for t-shirts and no news. Keep in mind these guys don't have the best reputation. Last time I ordered a t-shirt in the summer and got it in the fall. Also I'm curious about the tour lithographs, since they were numbered to 150, except PinkPop (girl) which was 50. Maybe some others were like this?

Good idea RoughJusticeOnYa. Just checked Paypal and the funds were already taken on my order date last month. Another thing I noticed is a big difference in delivery time, UK website says 3-10 days and the U.S. says 4-6 weeks. Hmm, wonder why.

I emailed about a couple of shirts. Specifically the Tokyo Geisha, which I know isn't on the store site.
Their reply was that if it sold out at the venue, mostly likely they won't have them either.
For those that ordered the Rome Bocca Verita shirt, please post any info or when your shirt arrives.

I ordered a Berlin litho, and a Berlin event T; that's around 100 euro all together.
About the litho I received word that they were "out of stock" (although I ordered it when it still was in stock - why anyone would continue to sell stuff that already is out of stock is beyond me... but anyway);
not a word about the T yet. Delivery estimates (when ordering) were 6-10 days, if I remember correctly. It's been a month, now.
And yes; the money is already taken from my account.
I'm not suspecting a scam or anything; I just want what I paid for.

This is just unbelievable and more than unprofessional, almost criminal (in Germany we have the so called "Eingehungsbetrug")... Please, people from the Stones-camp, get this thing going correctly!

My guess is they're making more shirts, that shouldn't be difficult. But how are they going to do the lithographs? Maybe call them a second pressing. Anyhow I hope to buy the Berlin one, since I missed it at the gig. But they should have been straight from the beginning about having stock and delivery times.

Their store sites are generally hopeless and I still don't get how the products on offer for each region have always been so different. If you go to the litho page on the UK store, the impression is that all lithos are still available for pre-order, whereas they are not. But it does give a release date of 21 July in all cases, so hopefully people might start getting some joy on or soon after that date.

I ordered exactly the same RoughJusticeOnYa as at Berlin I got the World Cup and sleeveless T-shirt. As long as they turn up in excellent condition another week or so is fine. I paid for a yellow t-shirt by Ideal, so the money is in their hands. When I ordered , the shirt was in stock, last thursday. Now it's only pre-order. Should arrive this week, or maybe next week. Think it's the British site.

They always have sharks running the merchandise sites. A few years back I placed an order for around five items, when the parcel arrived none of the items were what I'd ordered, I emailed the company and they said I had to send it all back by recorded, signed for delivery before they could dispatch the stuff I should have received! Joke. I'm still waiting on everything I've ordered since May.

I ordered the drawstring bag online end of April, early enough I thought with intentions to take it to Berlin and Paris in June. After a month of not receiving, I emailed them and they said they were waiting for it from the supplier. I emailed them again and have had no response. I still don't have the bag as it wasn't sold at the shows, my card hasn't been charged, thankfully. The website still shows it as available, just like when I ordered it. They said 7-10 days when I ordered, never giving any indication it was on back order. I was going to order the Berlin and Paris shirts and posters, but now I may wait on those. I never had problems ordering stuff until this.

I ordered a shirt and a record (Bigger Bang on vinyl). The shirt was delivered, but there was a Scissor Sisters' 7" picture disc instead of the record I wanted.

After the Pinkpopconcert I ordered the Dutch Tulip shirt (which was sold out that evening), the Oslo T-shirt, the groupphoto T-shirt and a Grrr sweater (yeah, I know, I'm crazy!). Haven't received anything. It's five weeks this sunday.
I e-mailed them and they told me that only the sweater was available right now and if I wanted this send to me, than I would have to order the other items again plus also extra p&p costs.
So I decided to wait and get everything together (I hope!).
PS: the groupphoto T-shirt was avaible at Werchter, but because I already ordered it, I didn't buy it. I regret this now a lot.
