Im getting a prototype plaque really before its carved into black Granite with the Stones logo as well what would be the correct order to put the 7 Rolling Stones in and would it be best to have the members in order from the year they started or as they are today for example have Ronnie's name before Brian Jones and Mick Taylor?

The instrument makes for wonkyness because they all played more than those.
His Majesty..yea its just a rough layout I'll put all the instruments on it.Wikipedia has Mick for Vocals,Harmonia,Guitar,Keyboards,Bass Guitar,Drums.should I put Drums on it ya reckon some people might question me on it because they've never seen Mick on Drums before.

That's going to be a big plaque.

A quick squiggle of the layout not to sure of Ian Stewarts years. It'll be a something like 530mmx370mmx30mm thick black Granite with silver lettering so it'll be a cool looking bit of work yea
The Stones years won't be fully completed until they've officially announced they've finished.

I would definitely lead off with Mick and Keith, followed by Charlie. At that point it would be arbitrary, but I'd go, Ronnie, Bill, Brian, Mick T.
(I'd leave Stu off because he is not as handsome as the rest. He won't mind.)

a) Stu died on 12th December 1985. :-(
b) As pointed out, his name ends with a T not a D
c) I hope the poster was joking, but Chuck is not a member of The Rolling Stones. He, along with (eg) Bernard Fowler play with them, but is not a member.

I'll only complete the dates if an official announcement is made and I didn't put the year Ian left because im not to sure on that one and I want to be right this is only the prototype larger silver lettering and logo will be carved into 30mm of Black Granite.Theres another photo I'll post tonight.

For Ian Stewart, 1962-1963 as an official full band member. His tenure was cut short once Andrew Loog Oldham became their manager during the first half of 1963.
Stones of 1963 with....
....and without Ian Stewart.

Never mind the order - that plaque looks like a gravestone. All it needs is RIP at the bottom. I wouldn't enjoy it. But whatever pleases you...

If I were doing it I would put Mick and Keith on the top of each column since they are by far, the most important members. Below them would be Brian and Ian, then Charlie and Bill, and at the bottom Mick T. and Ron. I think this order makes the most sense as it lists them in roughly the order they joined the group. Like this:
MICK JAGGER------- KEITH RICHARDS
BRIAN JONES------- IAN STEWART
CHARLIE WATTS------ BILL WYMAN
MICK TAYLOR------- RONNIE WOOD

The member order looks fine.
