Yeah multiple times and even around 09:00 (cause they opened it like 3 minutes prior) but tickets get freed up again after a while cause people keep getting errors with their transactions.
Try refressing and using multiple browsers.

Got 2 GA!

yessss got my ticket (GA Standing) :-)))

I kept trying since 9.00 ; after many pb with server, or only 1 (or 0!) tickets available, it suddenly worked allright !!!

Wow! So far I'm really impressed with Vienna. I mean, the ticket prices are fair, the layout is fair (even with GA you get a chance to get to the front) and for an extra 5 € you got the option to return your ticket up to 14 days before the show for a full refund with no questions asked. That's amazing.

^^Yes. But I rather have a stressfull site and get a ticket than an unstressfull site and get no ticket. ;-)

It's telling you that for 5.5% of your ticket cost you can send it back or cancel it 14 days prior to the event.

Should you not be able to attend the concert, you can return your ticket for a full refund (minus postage and service cost), up to 14 days before the show. 50 % if you return it later.

I think most people did, atleast you can safely cancel it now (eventough you can easily sell it if you are unable to attend).
