Given the time it will take to conclude legal formalities surrounding the death, organise a funeral and have time to grieve, I think it is a safe bet that the remainder of the tour dates next week will also be postponed. I cannot see how anyone would be in the right frame of mind to perform next week.

The show may well go on,but not right now.Maybe I'm old fashioned,but I fail to see how this leg of the tour can now proceed.How can Mick be 'The Showman' that he is with this hanging over him.The remaining dates should be postponed to a later date to allow proper time for grieving - it may be an inconvenience to some,but it is the right & proper thing to do.The gutter press are already hovering - if Mick goes on stage after this,they'll have a bloody field day.

This is my first time travel to Ausitralia!! Well, I couldn't get next month's Berlin show tix, so I'm so happy. I've been 3 Tokyo Dome shows for this tour but really would like to see them in small venue. Can't wait!!

Easily forgotten. I have a friend who travels a lot (he's in Australia about twice a year) and he had forgotten that his visa had lapsed .. and he discovered it the day before his last travel date! Whoops.

Ill be amazed if this 2nd show sells 10,000 tickets. The previous only show in perth was still not a sell-out a few days before the show with countless tickets being offered on Gumtree and ebay....can someone explain to me why the Stones want 2 shows in Perth??? No chance they will sell-out...amazes me.

I read a quote from promoter to the effect that the first show itself was not going to be on again due to cost factors UNLESS a second show COULD be performed (and presumably sells out) to make Perth an economic viability at all.

We don't normally publish the names of hotels the Stones stay at. Having said that, in Adelaide absolutely the whole town knew where they stayed and where they rehearsed and there were TV cameras lined up in front of the hotel and the rehearsals so I just gave up. Anybody why need to see them just look in the local paper. I don't know how many psycho's there are here in Perth, at least the one in Adelaide is locked up stil I hope. Just remember Ottawa. Easy access to information is great for us but a security issue these days on internet.
