On the Dirty Strangers facebook, it says Keith was working last week at Redlands with Alan Clayton and his dad. Apparently tracks were recorded earlier and Keith played on it.

Anita looks good there, too. Does she still live at Redlands? I think I read that she stays there for at least part of the year, helping to take care of the place.

There are many songs to pubblish:
- 5 songs never published from sessions with Sly Dunbar and Robbie Shakespeare (the same sessions of Black Uhuru's song 'Shine Eye Gal');
- outtakes from Talk is Cheap sessions ('Breakin', 'Tell me what you wanna', 'She put the mark on me...)
- two songs recorded with Jack White;
- 'High or Low' from Bridge to Babylon sessions (Sheryl Crow spoke to Rolling Stone Magazine about the song saying Keith played her the Stones outtake in her limo and she thought it was the best thing they'd done in years and couldn't understand why it wasn't released. She claimed that she was recording it for her next album with Keith guesting on guitar);
- 'She never listen to me', 'Deep Love' and 'Some of us are on our knees' from Dirty Work sessions;
- 'You got it made' and Randy Whore' from Voodoo Lounge sessions;
- songs recorded during the 2000-2001 sessions with Rob Fraboni;
- songs recorded during the Voodoo Lounge sessions with Jerry Lee Lewis on piano;
- 'Smooth 180' recorded during Licks sessions
.......

She does indeed! Thanks, bye bye johnny, for posting. I think she does maybe take care of Redlands but lives in her own place somewhere within striking distance and also near to Marlon? She also has a flat in Chelsea - or at least did when this interview took place:

Not necessarily a new story, since the article references a Jimmy Fallon TV appearance from May 12 (which was 'yesterday' in the article). [www.uncut.co.uk]

Is this the write-up you were referring to, or has there been a further update?

EDIT: There was also a similar story in 2013, that he was "polishing" up a new album for release in 2014. [www2.gibson.com]

But why would he release a new solo in the midst of band touring activity, when it's highly likely that this tour will continue until the middle of 2015?

Keef has stated earlier, that he will release a new solo album, when the Stones thing is finished, so in 2026.

Most likely he will release it after the tour, stonehearted.

However, I don't think Teddy is referring to any article, merely from his inside knowledge on the matter.

I hope it's mostly a rocker like the 2 Wino records. I keep my fingers crossed.

Ah, I see. I didn't realize he was privy to the inner circle. Carry on then!

The only thing we know thus far is the reggae cover, and that there is a Richards/Jordan version of One More Shot...

Anyway...it won't be that interesting. His creativity has been dried up for years and even before that he leaned a lot on shoulders which he shouldn't. When you look back at everything he did outside the Stones it's never new, surprising or fresh or daring at all. Just a copy from a copy from a copy. Wingless Angels is the only original project I would say...
