Everyone here says it's a fantastic gem, but i just can't seem to find it ANYWHERE, i'm desperate.. please fellow stones fans, help me out on this one..
'fantastic gem' is a little bit of an overstatement. I minor classic, perhaps. I've always thought it was modeled after the Jagger-Lennon tune, "Too Many Cooks."
I've always loved this song, great lyrics, great beats. I also like Dance pt 2 a great deal as well.
I love the whole Some Girls/Emotional/Tatoo period (78-82). That was when I first got into the Stones as a teenanger. And Mick and the boys seemed like Gods
I need a sanctified girl with a sanctified mind to help me now

Mel Collins is on sax. Bobby didnt work with the Stones from 1973 until '89
Gazza, aside from playing on the 1975, 1978, 1981 and 1982 tours, Keys plays sax on Emotional Rescue: All About You, She's So Cold, Emotional Rescue, Let Me Go.
Yes but it sounds like Mel C on sax. And it reminds me of Ornette Coleman's Dancing In Your Head. First official Jagger/Richards/Wood credit (as opposed to 'inspiration by') too - the track smokes...
I recall Ernie Watts played sax (alone) in Connecticut '81, & is also on Still Life. There were no horns at all in '75 (my 1st RS gigs), & Gene Barge did sax the '82 tour (or most of it). Bobby also was on the '79 New Barbs tour.

Bobby appears on the 75' LA Forum DVD playing his solo on Brown Sugar. I believe he did some guest appearances (sp?) on the 75 and 81 tours. Don't know about the 78 Tour, though.
Thanks everybody for giving me these information on who is the sax player in this song; it's a very good saxophone part, that according to me fits perfectly to the mood of the song.
"got to be worked on don't have no bark nor bite..."
Good solid song IMO, its got a cool feel to it, Should've been on Some Girls. I have often wondered if the song is about golden showers though. Am I being naive ? or is the topic veru obvious ?
